Picked a colour to fit in with decor and chose 3 flower pics from my photos, a little photoshop and printed to A4 canvas, positioned and stapled to frame folding corners inward, then taped over staples. They look pretty good and have received a few complements from visitors, may try an A4 print and frame to keep as much size as possible, A3 printer next, well maybe. Taken at an airshow last saturday. Gave it a gentle HDR treatment in Photomatix, converted to B/W in serif x3, added

How did I do it. First step was to download from Adobe an action to create an old photo effect. This will take a coloured photo and age it with a sepia type tone. Next this was blended using overlay with the postcard image (thanks to Borealnz on Flickr for the postcard http://www.flickr.com/photos/borealnz/).
